Zagaleta contributes to the status of Benahavís as being the richest municipality per capita in Andalucía!!! Benahavís is a typical Andalusian village with white houses and narrow streets located a bit inland on the Western Costa del Sol. The peaceful appearance of the village contrasts with the diverse and active life around it, considering the many golf courses and a riding club.
